Victoriahunt Plumbing wants every homeowner who gets in touch to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to raise a complaint and what happens afterward. It is a general template, not legal advice.
You can contact us about:
Plumbers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own estimates, pricing, work and customer service. If you have a problem with work done in your home, the usual first step is to raise it with the plumber directly and keep a written record.
Still, let us know. Feedback on providers helps keep the network honest. Providers who repeatedly fall short of our expectations may be removed. Note that Victoriahunt Plumbing cannot settle contract disputes, issue refunds for a provider's work or make decisions on a provider's behalf.

We will confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. Then we review what happened, which may include contacting the provider. Finally, we reply with our findings and any steps we are taking.
If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to take another look. You can also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with the plumbing work itself, your state or local plumbing licensing board may be able to help.
